Below are some FAQ's that I have put together. Any questions that you have concerning the dog tags or anything else should be answered below for you. If your question is not answered you are more than welcome to e-mail me (store@usmcgals.com)

FAQ's:

Are the dog tags durable?

Yes, the dog tags are very durable. Each dog tag is extremely durable and are military standard dog tag size of 1.25" x 2". They come individually packaged and each dog tag includes a 30" Bead Chain that can easily be shortened.

 

Will the design on my dog tags come off?

Nope, once the design is on there its there to stay :)

 

Once I purchase my Dog Tag(s) how long before I get them in the mail?

Once your dog tag is purchased and we get it made and shipped out it usually takes 3 - 5 business days. Our dog tags are now coming with delivery confirmation which is why if you are a returning customer you will notice the shipping charges have gone up and that is because they all now come with Delivery Confirmation which is a tracking number for you. A lot customers have given us feedback on the shipping and most of them do get them within 3 business days.

How long does it take once I email my custom dog tag?

 

If you are familiar with our shop (www.usmcgalsstore.com) then its just like our shop. I do all custom orders in the order as I receive them. Once I have the orders ahead of you completed I will begin on yours. It usually never takes me no longer than a week to get the Customs done, so at the latest a week. This usually just depends on how many orders I have ahead of you, but I work around the clock to make sure I get to everyone's in a timely fashion. I do my absolute best being I am just one person, so all I ask is please just be patient :)

Do I have to have a back design?

No you do not. Back designs on the tags are optional. You are more than welcome to have just a front design on your Dog Tag. Its up to you! Whatever you want!

 

How much wording can fit on the Dog Tag?

This does vary. Basically I have to see the wording and test it out first in order to give you an answer to this question. So the best thing I can tell you to save both of us time is to just use your best judgment! You cant expect to give me a really long poem and expect it to fit on theses...lol..So just use your best judgments. You can always go ahead and submit it if you are not sure and then if I run into a problem or not being able to fit it on there I can always contact you and ask you to shorten it. To save some time you can also include a shortened version just in case :)

 

 

 

Do I get to see my Custom Dog Tags before I purchase it?

Yes! I dont believe you should have to pay for something you cant exactly see. So what i do is make your design of your dog tag and then send you an e-mail of what it will look lile. I wont actually put that design onto the dog tag until its payed for. Because if you dont pay for it then i am out of a dog tag, so what you see if the design of the dog tag and that is the design that will be on the tag! That is what its going to look like. Once you see it and if you do want any changes made thats no problem just reply back to that e-mail and let me know the changes you want me to make.
